Hmm...

So this morning I was deluged with spam.  Normally, not something that
is worth bringing up.  But with this one there are a couple of
interesting things to note.

The first is that several of the messages were to the v6 address on my
server (yay, dual-stack spam.)

The second is that over 100 messages were to an alias that was (until
today) only used for correspondence from amazon.com.  Given the sheer
volume of mail, I strongly suspect that a mailing list on Amazon's
servers has been lifted.

Coupled with the increase in phishing I have seen for Amazon on another
unrelated account on a different domain, it seems that someone is
gearing up for something big.
