Hi Folks,
We have a test flow-spec router and if you do too (most likely you're
using Juniper, but I hear Alcatel-Lucent supports flow-spec too).
We'd like to do some testing for a new service. We would announce to
your test flow-spec router the set of IPv4 bogon prefixes based on
this:
<http://www.team-cymru.org/Services/Bogons/bogon-bn-agg.txt>
It will announce them as a source prefixes in the flow and specify them
as discards. For testing, we would add and remove one of the bogon
prefixes, bounce the session periodically, etc and hopefully gauge
your view of how things look on your side.
If all goes well, this may be something we can provide you if you find
it useful. We have other ideas for a flow-spec feed and will gladly
take your feedback, but for now testing just this basic functionality
would be great. Please contact John Kristoff <jtk at cymru.com> if you
can help or myself.
Thanks!
