No, not at all.  Just pointing out some problems so that we can discuss them.

There are no decisions which are so precious that re-evaluation from time
to time should be frowned upon.  If excluding people from CT or any other
provider is found to be better after well reasoned debate, then so be it.
 But let's have the debate, because there are consequences to its outcome
which are important to this list.
