Job description:
 Job involves primary the operation of RoCSIRT service
(http://www.csirt.ro) under the umbrella of Agency ARNIEC/RoEduNet (the
Romanian Education Network). At this moment we are the only official
CSIRT in Romania and besides the ASN's in the above list, we also make
abuse coordination for all .ro incidents.
 Day to day work involves:
  *) coorditating the activity of RoCSIRT Team;
  *) handling incidents reported via RoCSIRT (working close with
technical people within our constituency [institutions connected to
RoEduNet] in mitigating the incidents);
  *) monitoring the network activity for unusual behavior (using a
distributed solution based on NetFlow Analyzer);
  *) following security updates from vendors;
  *) preparing security announcements for our constituency;
