[nsp-sec] Role Change -- REN-ISAC

I just wanted to give the NSP-SEC'ers a heads up,

3/12 will be my last day with the University at Buffalo (AS3685). I  
will be taking joining the REN-ISAC as a security engineer with Gabe &  
Dougbot (starting 1700 EST 3/12 as Gabe put it).

My role will be similar to Gabe's operational role with RI.

I think most of the moderators are already aware of the change, but if  
I need to re-apply with my new creds, please let me know.
