Good afternoon everyone!

We will be performing maintenance to address security and system updates
on both of the two NSP-SEC IRC servers on Sunday, 21 March 2010, from
2000 to 0400 UTC (ending in the morning of 22 March 2010, UTC).  Each
IRC server will experience approximately 1 hour of downtime for these
updates, but the updates will be staggered so that both servers will not
be offline at the same time.  We apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause, and appreciate your patience and support.
