I received a copy today too:(

They scrapped my email address from the conficker working group web site (that's about the only place I published my dsmith at isc.sans.org email address that they used to send their spam to and it also referenced nsp-sec).

I don't recall yours being there but suspect it is since they clearly scrapped mine from there.
I did see you were quoted in several conficker articles so ...
