Same here, on virtually all my public e-mail addresses (with 10MB of
attachments!). I'll speak with some infosec friends in France and see if
I can find out if this guy is for real and what this troll is about.
Looks like NANOG/SPs are just his latest target as he seems to have posted
similar type of crap to other mailing lists over the last 3-4 years.
