[nsp-sec] Vetting: D'wayne Saunders

Dear NSP-SEC,

As one of D'waynes references, I'm more than happy endorse D'waynes
application.  D'wayne is a key operational member of Telstra's
Infrastructure security team and will greatly contribute to assisting
on security issues impacting the Australian and New Zealand region.

I've had a number of dealings with D'wayne over the years and has
certainly been responsive and active on some recent DOS vs some local
gambling and banking sites.
