I have served on a REN-ISAC advisory group (http://www.ren-isac.net/about/advisory.html#microsoft) with Brian for about two years now. We met in person at a conference in Redmond, WA in 2008 and we have regular online meetings as part of the advisory group. Brian is trustworthy and can certainly provide a positive contribution the community. I vouch for him.
