[nsp-sec] VoIP password scanning attacks

Just got hit by a co-ordinated voip brute password hack attempt over the 
last 24h - see attached logs.  All times are in UTC.

This was a relatively simplistic attack: each IP address starts off at 
extension #0 and works upwards towards ext 9999 and then stops.  I didn't 
record the passwords used.
