A couple of comments regarding the list above. I work for CERT-SE, which
is the National CERT of Sweden. The mother organization of CERT-SE is
MSB (The Swedish National Contingenies Agency).

As for the operational part of my job I'm doing incident handling, that
can be DDOS-attacks, targeted attacks, investigations, forensics and so on.

CERT-SE does only have one ASN, but we have an overall responsibility to
help out with incidents within Sweden. One of the services we provide to
government agencies is DDOS-hosting, meaning that government agencies
targeted in DDOS-attacks can set up a temporary site in our environment
which enables us to try to mitigate the DDOS-attacks.
Since we are a "neutral" player, we have also been involved in helping
out with mitigating DDOS-attacks with multiple targets (both
governmental and corporate), where the targets are not allowed or
willing to have direct communication with each other.
