[nsp-sec] signing off...

Hi,

Today is my last day in the confines of AS25.  I'll be joining ESnet in 
the near future as a network engineer, so I am signing off for now.  I 
may have nsp-sec-able duties in the future and will attempt to re-join 
when the time comes.

I am thankful for all of the collaboration and knowledge that has come 
from my membership in nsp-sec, and I am happy to also have had a chance 
to contribute.  Keep up all the good work.

Please remove me from nsp-sec and nsp-sec-discuss as appropriate.
