Relevant Job Description Details:

I assist customers in mitigating security issues by performing data
forensics analysis on compromised networks and hosts using various tools
such as NMAP, SNORT, and Superscan, etc. Based on the results of the
security audit, I mitigate the incident by either removing access to the
host until the issue is resolved, or terminating the customer.

I monitor network abuse trends, security vulnerabilities and analyze the
associated risks to our network. I interpret and enforce our security
policy as it relates to Network Abuse, Fraud and Security incidents,
documenting the investigation and actions taken.

I also coordinate incident response with multiple departments, such as
engineering, legal, customer support and others. I’m the liaison and
correspond with Federal, State and local law enforcement officials to
investigate security breaches and other incidents surrounding our network.
