Vouch.  Known him since at least 2004, loose cooperation all the time
since then (peering and technical coordination between our ASes).

Haven't ever had any reason to work on security issues, though - what
abuse came from Jens' AS [5430, at that time] had always been handled 
by Patrick Rother, who was also named as reference...  (and with who I 
have worked on all sorts of issues since 1996).
