The numbers are low overall this week due in large part to the emergency
database server migration we mentioned last week.  That migration is
just about 100% cleared up now, so theoretically this week's numbers
should return somewhat to normal.  Another big part of the drop of
course is that last week's summary included the monthly open resolver
re-scan, which always causes a big increase and drop.
