[nsp-sec] Looking for contact at Iowa Communications Network (AS6122)

[Hank Nussbacher]

I am looking for a contact at AS6122.  It would appear they are announcing 
all our prefixes to certain upstream neighbors.  I have tried their 
noc at icn.state.ia.us and abuse at icn.state.ia.us but am looking for someone 
slightly more clueful.
