[nsp-sec] Exploit Tool spotted | DNS request Flooder [BlessedHammer]

All,

I ran into what appears to be a DNS request Flood tool named
BlessedHammer.  I'm not sure if it is known, first I've seen of it and
apparently made for anonymous crowd at some point.

It's not a bot or tied to any particular C2, target is specified by user
input and does not appear to have a "connect to hive" feature like LOIC.
