[nsp-sec] Contacts for Chinese Networks?

Is there anyone from or who might have good contacts from the following AS's:

AS4134 CHINANET-BACKBONE No.31,Jin-rong Street
AS4837 CHINA169-BACKBONE CNCGROUP China169 Backbone

We've been dealing with some inbound malicious DNS queries originating from these networks.  Would be helpful if we could get someone to take a look.  You can respond off-list.  Thanks!
