[nsp-sec] ARIN WhoWas service

ARIN is running a trial "WhoWas" service until the end of the year.  This trial will let you request historical whois data for an IP or ASN. There is a Terms of Use Agreement you have to sign in order to get data. The community has requested that this data be made publicly querieable, so one goal of the trial is to gather data about use cases and how often the service would be used to determine whether to work on that goal.  In the past you could only request information about netblocks you were authoritative for, now they are opening it up all netblocks.   I hope this is helpful to security and spam researchers ..so go use it! (and tell your friends..)
