Even though Martijn didn't list me as a reference (I'll thwap him for
that later): STRONG VOUCH.  I worked with Martijn for several years and
even though he doesn't get to "enable" as much as he used to -- he's
definitely the right person with the right clue at KPN to take the
operational issues we see here on NSP-Sec and treat them with the
confidence and importance they deserve.
