[nsp-sec] Any intel on DDoS attack that impacted HE

Re-reading and I realise there weren't vouches for Mike Tindle, he'll
have more time than Mike Leber, I think both should subscribe.. I'm
emailing the vouches to both of them so hopefully those include people
who know Mike Tindle.
