[nsp-sec] Need some help from Yahoo, non-urgent

I hate to misuse this list for a non-security topic but a customer is at the end of their patience and reached out to me for some email help.

Would somebody from Yahoo contact me off list to help with email delivery failure because some Yahoo servers aren't finding the MX record for Columbia.k12.mo.us (there is a record, it returns a correct IP).  It has been going on for over a month and the email admins at the school aren't getting any resolution to this issue.
