[nsp-sec] CNCERT Weekly Reports

Dear colleagues,

For years, we have published yearly, monthly and weekly report on
network security. Due to language problem, except yearly report, we only
made Chinese version.

Recently, we are trying to make English edition of CNCERT Weekly
Reports. Here I'd like to share them with NSP-SEC colleagues.
