To quote from their site "ThreatCloud’s knowledgebase is dynamically 
updated using feeds from a network of global threat sensors, attack 
information from worldwide gateways, Check Point research labs and the 
industry’s best malware feeds."

They are using the Team Cymru C&C feed?  I assume that, since without a 
doubt in my mind, after looking at numerous feeds, Team Cymru's is indeed 
the best!

And for us here at nsp-sec - the cost is zero and we do it 
automagically with BGP rather than buying YAB (Yet Another Box).
