I don't recall seeing someone from LINX (assuming you mean 5459, London) join since Mike Hughes moved on ages ago, but I would say that both Mike Hellers and Owen Conway have that right mix of technology and security smarts that you are probably are looking for.  Do let me know if you need an introduction to either.
