[nsp-sec] Google "state sponsored attack" warning

Hey folks,

One of the users in my domain reported getting the "state sponsored
attack" warning on login.   I suspect the answer is no, but if there's
any further light anyone from Google can shed on this - any indicators
we might look for ourselves, for example - we'd certainly be grateful.
  For what are likely obvious reasons we've become a bit jumpier about
these sorts of attacks in the last month.
