Come on guys...this was reported as phishing >16 hours ago (first thing 
this morning before I left the house for work) and is still live (about to 
go to bed).

My guess is, the way most people are with email, if one of these survives 
"all day", it's done the vast majority of the damage its going to do.

Is it too much to ask that an API be setup that would allow "trusted"
individuals to report these in a way such that they'd be taken down a 
little faster if not immediately?  If you let it live all day, there's 
probably not much point in ever shutting it down.
