We, Internap, support RTBH for V4 /32's and will propogate those announcements on to our upstream transit peers that support it. Currently those are 1239. 3356, 3561, 701, and 3320.

We have 2914, 3356, and 3549 transit and they all have this capability

On a similar note, does anyone have a list of transit providers who will
speak FlowSpec to their customers?
Cheers
James
