[nsp-sec] Vetting: Michal Krzysztofowicz (Mike) - Digiweb - AS31122, AS31458, AS12293

By way of background, there are several people active in the networking
scene in Ireland who really ought to be on nsp-sec, but who probably don't
know enough people on the the nsp-sec mailing list to get the formal number
of necessary vouches.  This is mostly because they don't go to
international meetings and consequently don't get to meet and get to know
the people who might be on nsp-sec.   Mike Krzysztofowicz is one of these
people.

He's chief networking dude in Digiweb/31122, which is one of IE's larger
ISPs; he's got enable + change authorization, is responsible for escalated
security related issues and is very responsive to the take-down reports
that I proxy from here.  I trust Digiweb + him enough to host my own
servers there.

I'm not sure who / if anyone else on the list knows him.  For those people
who know of and use pmacct (www.pmacct.net), he used to be Paolo Lucente's
supervisor when Paolo worked at 31122.

Obviously I'll vouch for him, having known him for several years.  He would
make a fine addition to the list.
