Steve is obviously correct, Mat has been at FB for a while now.

Happy to vouch for Karthik, he reported to me directly for several years
and I hired him here initially.  His present responsibilities include
incident response, ddos protection, and threat intelligence across both
ebay and paypal.  He is extremely trustworthy and action-oriented.

Character flaws include an inability to differentiate the words
"principle" and "principal", but as a non-native english speaker who
speaks several languages, I let this slide.
