I can vouch for Rune Stromsness.  Rune has taken over my old role at
UCB, dealing with operational security issues (he has real-time
mitigation capabilities, enable on all routers, etc.) operating UCB's
DNS (which also serves several other EDUs and three ccTLDs) and
providing general incident handling on the network side.  Know/met/trust
completely.
