[nsp-sec] Changes Coming

Hi, William.

I'm not a moderator to the list, but my reading of the list charter
doesn't indicate that it's a personal trust list. I don't have any
issue with your participation on the list, but I do want to point out
for the sake of readers that your assertion doesn't look to be in line
with the list rules.

"NSP-SEC APPLICATION EXPECTATIONS

Membership in NSP-SEC is restricted to those actively involved in the
mitigation of NSP security incidents within organizations in the IP
transit, content, and service provider community."

I suspect the key word is "active". This is why many like Heather,
including myself, have left the list for periods of time between jobs
and roles.

Cheers,
-Dave
