[nsp-sec] search by asn

I'm very curious to know what the distribution of open resolvers looks 
like such as major concentration areas and upstream providers.  Also the 
OS type and if large portions are home routers or other CPE deployed by 
providers.

The Hilbert curve map is cool but I've not memorized the positions of 
networks on that map.  It also doesn't show relationship data as 
mentioned above.

Thanks for providing the data, we're working on our part.
