[nsp-sec] rebuilding the nsp-sec admin list

We don't have a process for this.
Right now Heather Schiller at google, Scott A. McIntyre - Telstra and myself are the admins. 

I have a list of volunteers:
If anyone listed below is no longer interested please let the nsp-security-owner alias know we can remove you from consideration.

I don't think this requires any kind of vote. And honestly once we get the new team in place and working I would bow out and let them do the work:)

I think 4 admins is probably enough. I think I could just choose randomly from the list above. Add 3 new admins (Heather has already been added recently).
Help them run the admin side for a few days/weeks and then remove myself.
Scott has also been an admin a long time and probably would prefer to be released from his duties:) Scott?


Does anyone else want to be considered? If so send an email to the owner alias:)
Do we need a formal process? If so if I stole the process from op-sec would that be acceptable?

Do we need a stewards list that discusses things like this helps develop policies and publishes them some where?

Also we have not seen very many vouches. Several people's applications have been sent to the list and mostly crickets :(
