[nsp-sec] Looking for ASN 174, 3257 and 2914 contacts

Hi all,

I'm looking to speak off-list ASAP with folks from the following ASNs:

Cogent	AS174
GTT	AS3257
Verio	AS2914

I'm also curious what the greater community at large is doing, if 
anything, about the continuing attacks* that appear to be mainly 
NTP-reflection based.  What has been the response from your upstream 
NSP(s)?  Null route whack-a-mole?  Temporary rate-limiting?  Good luck, 
buy a DDoS scrubbing service?

(We recently saw an attack where steady-state inbound NTP traffic went 
from 10M to about 15G, so you can imagine the resulting amplification was 
pretty painful.)
