We've been monitoring NTP for a long time now.  If you get data through
us via TC Console, you should see any open NTP servers for your net
there.  If you just need a quick view of what we see for your net on a
one time basis, I'm happy to oblige if you shoot me an email off list.
Just tell me your prefixes and/or ASN(s) you're interested in.
