[nsp-sec] Yiming Gong with Qihoo 360 FW: apply for nsp-sec

It is a very good platform of 360.cn for Yiming to play important role on
incident watching and handling.  And Yiming's wonderful skill and
experience will help this community a lot. I'm expecting for that.

BTW: Yiming used to be the member of nsp-sec when he was working in a ISP
in U.S.
