If you want a flow-spec enabled feed, then I'll give you one.  If you
can help get others interested in doing flow-spec, fantastic, we'll do
it.  It really isn't a problem on our end.

Great, contact me off list and we'll set it up.  If that is what the
community wants, that is what we'll do.  I wasn't overly optimistic
that anyone would actually use it based on prior experience attempting
to setup a community flow-spec feed.
