That's a great question.  I have no problem sharing that list, but what
do others think?  Since we're a trusted, vetted community already, it
would seem to make sense.

Thoughts?

We've discussed it internally, and we think this is much less sensitive
than the DDoS-RS.  We would be fine with folks sharing the details,
purpose, and such with anyone they feel needs to know.  That would
include NOC teams.
