We could produce the feed in an offline format if you don't want it in
BGP, but we're going to want to stipulate that this is only for
internal, non-commercial use.  Since you asked for it, contact me
offline to discuss how you would want this to look and how you'd like
to get it.

As Rob said, this is likely difficult and maybe even impossible.  This
is something the victim might not even know.  This might be something
that could possibly be for investigation on the discussion list.
