No. You could play both ends, but we realize, particularly victims,
won't have a need for the feed, they just want to influence it.
There are the peers who accept the routes and then there is a process
to get black hole routes into the system. Currently the process is you
contact us and we vet it and configure the system with the appropriate
announcement. This is where we want community participation to help
design and provide oversight for the vetting process.
We already have one person who expressed interest in helping be an
admin. Would you like to be another?
