[nsp-sec] Attacks towards AS15594, Sipgate

Hi,

since yesterday the German VoIP provider Sipgate is attacked by an
unknown party. I would like you to check if you see large flows towards
AS15594. I'll help Sipgate coordinate steps with LEAs and do further
mitigations.
