M3AAWG is holding the 3rd “joint Trust-Group” Anti-DoS consultation workshop on October 17th in Montreal Canada<https://www.m3aawg.org/events/hotelinformation>. This workshop is building on the success of NANOG/M3AAWG gatherings on Feb 17th and June 6th. The consensus from the +80 participants was to continue with these meaningful dialogs.  M3AAWG’s DOS Special Interest Group (SIG) will continue these efforts as a service to the community. New efforts, projects, investigation, and other activities have started based on the range of meaningful dialog.


There is no charge to attend this workshop but you must be registered to attend.  If you are interested, please contact the team. We’ll provide you with details and links to the materials from the past consultation workshops.


Why consultation roundtable?


Action is achieved by pulling diverse people together for extended conversations with whiteboards, paper, and meaningful sharing. Some outcomes will be known. Other initiatives will be TLP-RED (spinning out from the dialog). We are wide open to suggestions from the Trust-Group community to get the maximum benefit from our physical consultation.


Who can participate?


People within a Trust-Groups, Security organizations (FIRST, GCA, and Cyber Defence Alliance are examples), special trusted invitations, and of course M3AAWG members are welcome to participate.
