[Outages-announce] Localized VZ wireless outage - environs of Butler PA (west-south-west pa) - all better

Actually, multiple cell sites were out of service. No reported local power issues. 

Towers returned about an hour ago - both 1xrtt and EVDO signal back. Inbound calls still were going to VM without ringing for another half hour past that. Then several of us got a rash of SMS messages and voicemail alerts; finally all services seem restored, including SMS.
