[Outages-discussion] AT&T 3G Data outage?

Not sure if it's related but fast forward to today, June 14th and here 
in Southern Oregon I noticed this morning 3G as well as Edge are 
broken.  I tried to stream Pandora and it sounded horrible.  Surfing was 
also very slow.

That was just this morning.  Around 7:45am PDT.
