I think it's an excellent idea. It'd also be nice to track past confirmed 
outages on it [possibly two views of the same calendar - one for 
upcoming/scheduled/etc, the other for unplanned/unscheduled outages], to 
make life a bit easier than parsing the list by hand when trying to find a 
specific outage again..  ;)
