[Outages-discussion] TW Outages Austin TX

I've had two different outages on their internet service.  They gave us a
vague report of a medium size outage in the region, but nothing even close
to an RFO.  I wouldn't be concerned but it happened again and we still have
no answer from them.  Anyone in TX affected by this as well?  Anyone know
anything useful?
