[Outages-discussion] Idea to help with the S/N on outages...

If there is enough interest from other members in this I'd be willing to
offer hosting services and a server to run it, or to be a node if
someone wants to try to set up some kind of monitoring mesh. Our
facility is outside of Detroit, MI.
