[Outages-discussion] [outages] ipv6.netflix.com and www.ipv6.cisco.com down

Go figure -- after almost 30 hours, www.ipv6.cisco.com came up at 4:16 pm
Central.  In regards to ipv6.netflix.com, my other outages-discussion
posting clarifies what happened there.

Both are working fine for me (AS11170).
